I offer confidential, one-to-one coaching for school leaders who want someone to think out loud with. Sessions are grounded in organisational coaching practice and the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. We work on the things that actually keep you up: leading change, managing complexity, hard conversations, and the decisions you can't talk through with your own staff.
